20 Sep 2006 — Scientology Mission of Aksu Welcomed by City Council
 
The new Scientology Mission of Aksu (near Pavlodar, Kazakhstan) was the most recent to hold their grand opening event. The ceremony opened with colorful local folk dancers. The Deputy of the Pavlodar City Council and Scientologist Mr. Bolat Adilkanov, presented Andrey Kolasnik the Mission Director with a proclamation to L. Ron Hubbard.

He also spoke of the importance of Religious Tolerance and Freedom in Kazakhstan. Mr. Alexander Abramenko from the Pavlodar University then welcomed the new Mission and spoke of the remarkable results he has personally seen in pupils with the use and application of LRH study technology. The two guests then joined the Mission Director in cutting the ribbon, welcoming the new Scientology Mission to their city.
